A GOOD JOINT
In many Production processes the increasing application of laser beam welding is a distinguishable trend. And that is not without reason: By precise and flexible joining processes we generate mechanically resistant – in case of metallic material – high-temperature consistent and electrically conductible material-bonded connections.
Equipped with all technical relevant laser beam sources and the appropriate guiding and positioning machinery, we are prepared for nearly every welding challenge with in metal and nonmetal range. Depending on individual client requests, different joining geometries in a large variety of materials can be realized due to variable operating distances. Intelligent process sensor systems and process analysis enable detection and elimination of welding defects.
However, state of the art is not good enough for us. In numerous research cooperations we deal with the research of solutions to welding of materials, which are not industrially weldable yet, and with the development and implementation of new processes and technologies.
