INDIVIDUAL MASS PRODUCTION
Product designs that are time saving and therefore also cost saving are important factors of economic success nowadays. We use the technology of Rapid Manufacturing in order to assemble three-dimensional show and application prototypes, as well as competed tools and components layer by layer.
The application of different Rapid Manufacturing processes enables the production of individual components made out of powder, liquids and layers of a multitude of materials. We are dedicated to develop methods to produce entire units with additional electrical and optical performances.
Through the implementation of new processes, such as the technology of embedding stereolithography, visionary courses have already been set. With the help of the qualification of new materials, we would like to expand the application field of these generative processes and to present new applications.
