Cancellation policy for event bookings via the internet right of withdrawal
Bookings made online for events can be cancelled within two weeks without giving reasons, in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code, by sending written notice (letter, fax, email). The cancellation period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this notice. Timely dispatch of the cancellation notice is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of revocation:
In the event of a valid cancellation, any services already received must be returned and any benefits derived from them must be surrendered. If the services received cannot be returned in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, compensation for the value of the services may be required.
Special notes:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the event has taken place with the express consent of the participating consumer before the end of the withdrawal period and the consumer has participated.
