The registration process
To make it quick and easy for you to participate in our events, we have designed the registration process to be as simple as possible.
1. Select event
In the overview of our upcoming events at the top of the page, select the event you would like to attend. There you will find all the important information such as date, time, location and participation fees.
2. Fill out the online form
Please fill out the registration form at the bottom of the page completely and ensure that your contact details are correct so that we can inform you in a timely manner if we have any questions or changes. DANGER: For events organized through one of our partners, please use the corresponding registration link in the event description.
3. Confirmation received
After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email contains all the details of your registration and – if necessary – payment information. Your participation is binding as soon as we receive your registration.
4. Waiting list
Should the available places already be taken, we will gladly put you on the waiting list and inform you as soon as a place becomes available.
5. Changes or cancellations
If the event cannot be held due to force majeure or for other important reasons (e.g., illness of the speaker or insufficient number of participants), participants will be informed as soon as possible and the registration fee will be refunded. Further claims are only valid if the Bayerisches Laserzentrum gGmbH is at fault. Regular participants (non-authors) can cancel their registration up to 14 days before the event for a fee of 50% of the registration fee. After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. A substitute participant will be accepted at no additional cost. Cancellations, withdrawals, or rebookings must also be submitted in writing. How can I register for an event at the Bavarian Laser Center?
Registration is done either via our online form or the online forms of our partners. You can find more information in the respective event description.
Are there any fees for participating in the events?
Most of our events require a participation fee. These fees vary, however. Information on the amount of the participation fee can be found in the respective event description. Please also note any group discounts that may be available.
Can I cancel my registration afterwards?
Cancellations are generally possible up to 14 days before the event for a fee of 50% of the participation fee. Please contact us by email in this case. We are happy to accept a substitute participant. In this case, there are no additional costs. You can find the exact terms and conditions in the participation information for the respective event.
What happens if an event has to be cancelled?
If the event cannot take place, we will inform you as soon as possible. In this case, the event fees will be refunded. Please also refer to our event terms and conditions.
Will photos or videos be taken at the events?
At some of our events, photos or videos will be taken for documentation and public relations purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our team on site.
