Laserprozessentwicklung auf neuem Niveau: Moderne PBF-LB/M-Anlage am blz

Am Bayerischen Laserzentrum wurde die Infrastruktur für die Laserprozessentwicklung gezielt erweitert. Mit einer modernisierten PBF-LB/M-Anlage steht nun ein leistungsfähiges System für das Laserstrahlschmelzen zur Verfügung, das neue Möglichkeiten für die Lasermaterialbearbeitung und die gezielte Untersuchung innovativer Laserprozesse eröffnet. In Kooperation mit EOS wurde eine bestehende Anlage technisch umfassend weiterentwickelt und mit aktuellen Schlüsseltechnologien ausgestattet. Ziel ist es, das Potenzial moderner Single-Laser-Systeme voll auszuschöpfen und gleichzeitig neue Ansätze in der Prozessoptimierung zu erforschen.

Laser sind faszinierend! Am Bayerischen Laserzentrum (blz) beschäftigen wir uns täglich mit den Möglichkeiten, die Laserstrahlung für uns bereithält. Ob in der industriellen Fertigung, in der Medizin, in der Kommunikationstechnologie oder im ganz normalen Alltag: Lasertechnologie eröffnet ständig neue Anwendungen und treibt Innovationen voran. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass Laserstrahlung nun auch im Museum eine Bühne bekommt.

Unser Ziel ist es, umfassende rechtssichere und praxisgerechte Lösungen für einen sicheren Laserbetrieb zu schaffen.
