Description of the EVent

The use of laser technology in commercial and research environments requires a range of safety measures. Companies and institutes that use class 3R, 3B or 4 lasers must appoint at least one employee in writing as a laser safety officer in accordance with the German Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (OStrV). This course fulfils the requirements formulated in the Technical Rules for Optical Radiation (TROS Laser Radiation) for the general training of laser safety officers for technical laser applications.

The course is held in English and provides you with the specialist knowledge required to fulfil your duties as a laser safety officer in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (OStrV).
